The Ecomuseum recently granted access to its entirely new exhibit which we've called 'From Light to Dark'. One of the largest exhibits of its kind in this province, it provides visitors with a close-up view of a large variety of mammals, reptiles, amphibians and fish, that are either active at day or at night. For starters, the specialized night-lighting of one section will reveal the native flying squirrels fully spread-eagled, a foraging skunk, and our opossum not playing possum! Next, you can enjoy observing over 50 species of freshwater fish, and finally a unique collection of some rather secretive amphibians and reptiles of Quebec…this is definitely a family outing that cannot be missed!
